They collected four Oscars including Best Picture for their 1981 Olympics epic, Chariots of Fire.
And tonight Ben Cross, director Hugh Hudson and Nigel Havers celebrated their success of three decades ago once more at the Leicester Square premiere of the film's re-release.
The actors and director looked sharp as they posed up on the red carpet together, as if no time had passed.
The newly remastered Chariots of Fire is in cinemas again to mark the London 2012 Olympics.

Chariots of Fire told the story- based on true events- of two runners in the 1924 Olympics.
Directed by Hugh Hudson and written by Colin Welland, Chariots of Fire was nominated for seven Academy Awards and won four, including Best Picture.
It is ranked 19th in the British Film Institute's list of Top 100 British films.
