The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on our organisation.

We have been unable to have our business & social meetings in a social capacity & have had to use Zoom meetings as a platform to conduct these meetings. We have been unable to host events & run bars to raise funds, as well as not being able to display our branding & be present at shopping centres to collect items such as canned foods, Easter eggs etc. We have also not been able to clean up the beaches or spend days at Orphanages to play with the kids, which is why we are incredibly grateful to your team for allowing us this platform to engage with the public.

Zwartkops 195 Round Table is a young men's non-profit organisation, comprising of young professionals between the ages of 18 & 40, whereby we conduct business meetings to establish plans for specific projects we carry throughout the year where we can make impactful change to our local communities. We aim at doing no less than 12 projects throughout the year. We have both local & national projects. Some we have been doing for many years & others are newer.

Current Project

Our current project is a national project called Winter Knights, whereby we collect blankets, canned food & soup packets for the homeless. Once these items have been collected, we would usually go out into the streets & hand these items out. Hopefully, we can still do it this way this year. If unable to with the current lockdown status, we will hand them out at a collection point.

Last year we were able to raise & distribute R2.6 million worth of funding nationally. One of our projects this year was to collect Easter eggs for the underprivileged.

List of Needs

We are always looking for funding, as any excess, we carry forward to our projects.

Specifically, for our current project (Winter Knights), the great need is a collection of blankets, canned food & packets of soup that we can distribute to the needy.
