Surf4Life

Our non-profit has 2 branches – one in Strand, Cape Town, and one here in Cintsa East, Wild Coast. Our purpose is to harness the power of the ocean to shape the next generation. We work with the youth in our local communities, we share the stoke of surfing, teach basic water safety, and open doors for careers in the ocean economy. We are a non-profit organization with the aim of introducing disadvantaged people to the wonderful world of surfing.

Our current projects include :

Strand, Cape Town – We have been partnering with Pebble Projects since 2015 taking up to 20 kids from the local Stellenbosch farming community for weekly surf coaching.

And in Cintsa East, Wild Coast- we take kids from the local village every second Saturday for a 4-hour surf lesson/coaching session.

A list of our needs: Funds to pay surf coaches, funds for surf camp, surfboards, wetsuits, swimming caps, wax, and surfboard repair materials.
