What we do - we provide drought and humanitarian relief free of charge to our farmers, their workers, and communities in drought-stricken areas. We campaign to make South Africa and the world aware of the situation in SA. We also do humanitarian distribution from available sources to areas in need. We assist farmers, their workers, and communities who have not benefited from previous programs and redistribute food, fodder, and water-free of charge.
Current Projects:
Drought and Humanitarian outreach to the area between Oudtshoorn and Calitzdorp in the Klein Karoo called “DIE BAD” This farming community is on its knees due to a drought of between 7-8 years now. Not only the farmers, their families, and workers, but also the community and businesses surrounding these drought areas are suffering and trying to survive day by day. We are taking food parcels, bottled water, and fodder to this area for approximately 100 Families - DIE BAD DROUGHT RELIEF
Rooiheuwel Primary School Project :
Rooiheuwel Primary School is a small Country School on the outskirts of Oudsthoorn, where mainly kids from farmworkers are going to school. Due to unemployment caused by the drought, some of these kids don’t even have a meal at night. We are planning to take school clothing, books, and school material as well as food parcels to these kids and school.
