Rescue Campaign

The Rescue Campaign vision is two-fold:

To exponentially improve road safety and reduce motor vehicle accident statistics in South Africa and abroad, and to educate the greater majority of current and future licensed road users on the prevention of motor vehicle accidents and the responsible management of fatalities in the most practical and accessible way possible.

The Rescue Campaign mission is to put preventative and supportive measures in place to reduce the devastating effects of motor vehicle accidents on individuals, their families, the greater community, and the economy at large.
  1. Raise road safety awareness on multiple levels – from business to policy; and various platforms – from traditional to digital media
  2. Provide life skills training to road users through both accredited and non-accredited processes and programmes
  3. Assist and educate motor vehicle accident survivors in terms of their legal rights and post-accident physical and mental healthcare

Established in 2019, the Rescue Campaign NPC, mission is to put preventative and supportive measures in place to reduce the devastating effects of motor vehicle accidents on individuals, their families, the greater community, and the economy at large by way of road safety awareness, advanced driver training, motor vehicle accident victim support groups and legal advice.

With millions of inexperienced youth drivers on the road, collisions and accidents are inevitable. However, they can be reduced by improving the quality of driving.

Rescue Campaign NPC recognises the need for social and economic development among the youth and therefore commit to uplift driver skills of a 1000 (one thousand) unemployed youth drivers for our 2020 program.  This training will be at no charge to the unemployed youth, ages between 18 and 35 years old with a valid South African drivers’ licence.  This initiative commenced on the 3rd of February.

Rescue Campaign NPC, has an exciting 2020 calendar program, herewith a short summary of our commitment.

  1. Easter road awareness static show (in planning)
  2. Youth month – awareness program (in planning)
  3. Woman’s day – the importance of women in our society (in planning)
  4. October transport month – road safety awareness

We also hold an annual event, the Rescue Campaign tribute to World Day of Remembrance on 21 November.
