Pediatric Care Africa

Established in 2017, Pediatric Care Africa is a medical NGO supplying free medical treatment and surgeries to children from poor parents across South Africa.

Two of our projects are firstly our 1000 Surgeries for 1000 Children program which is a 15-year project, whereby we aim to supply free surgery to 1000 children in South Africa, the second program is our clinical medical program whereby we supply free medical and specialist medical care to children whose parents cannot afford medical care for them.

To date, 119 children received surgeries with 1374 children having received specialist medical care for free, from Private specialists and Doctors and 6967 persons have received free medical care and medication during our medical outreaches.

We need not only monetary donations to enable us to sustainably assist our sick children in need but also for doctors in every town in South Africa to offer to see two patients per year on a Pro bona basis on our behalf, so we can assist poor children in every town in South Africa with top quality medical care.

Our 5TH Ride for a Child is one of our biggest events yet as we are going for a World Record and we need as many bikers on board as possible! We are hoping that bikers from Algoa Country will come on board and support this RECORD BREAKING ATTEMPT FOR OUR CHILDREN. We need a minimum of 4 500 motorbikes to break this record!
