Through our flagship programme, Youth Jobs and Children's Education, we’re tackling two of South Africa’s most pressing challenges: youth unemployment and children’s illiteracy. We recruit, train, and employ unemployed youth from within the communities to serve as literacy coaches, teaching local children how to read and write. This approach not only empowers the youth with valuable skills and steady employment but also creates a supportive learning environment where children can thrive academically and personally. In addition, we build libraries and computer labs in township and rural schools to provide the essential resources needed for learning in today’s digital age.

We also extend our support through another dedicated programme focused on helping Grade 12 learners transition successfully into higher education. By offering guidance and mentorship, we assist these students in gaining university admission and navigating the challenges of their academic journeys. This comprehensive support system is designed to foster lifelong learning and community development, ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
Youth Jobs and Children’s Education: We recruit, hire and train unemployed youth to teach children from their own communities how to read and write.
Top Learner Programme: We try to get as many Grade 12s as possible into University and mentor them until they graduate.
