Little Angels Pre-school

Pre-schools lay a solid foundation in early childcare development impacting a child’s ability to excel on their educational journey.

My love for children has motivated me to fulfil my dream of working with them. It all began in our church where I became a Sunday school teacher. Fast forward to 2017 when I had the privilege of meeting an amazing lady named Rochelle Fowlds who organized a Christmas party for the children in our community. Rochelle reached out to me again in 2018, and together we started a soup kitchen.

Then in 2020, Rochelle’s kindness extended even further as she offered to build a creche for me. Her boundless generosity knows no limits, and I am profoundly grateful for her unwavering support.

In 2021, we proudly opened the doors of our “Little Angels Preschool.” We are situated at Plot 823, Kuyga 2, Greenbushes in Gqeberha.

Fueled by determination, I began with 18 children and was blessed with daily provisions for their meals. Rochelle’s incredible support continues to this day, as she tirelessly contributes to our community’s well-being. I aptly named our soup kitchen “Love Conquers All,” a testament to the power of love in overcoming adversity.

I am truly blessed by the ongoing support I receive, even from unexpected corners of the world like Switzerland. I must also extend my deepest gratitude to Joanne Kerr for assisting me in setting up the soup kitchen

At our pre-school, it is important to us that we not only educate the children, but also teach them about God.

Our soup kitchen, pictured below, ensures that the children get to learn on full tummies.

PROJECTS :

ONE : We have started a recycling project making eco-bricks.

TWO : We also have a Little Angels veggie garden as we believe in sustainability and in teaching the youth how to grow their own food. This veggie project also enables us to provide the elderly in our community with nourishing vegetables.
