Ihlumelo community Youth development center

Ihlumelo Community Youth Development Centre is a non-profit organization that is based on community development focusing on Gender-based violence, equality for women and disabled, grooming the girl child but not limited to the idea of a cohesive and productive community by creating innovative skills to empower the youth.

The organization works with women that are rape survivors and mostly those who lost their loved ones to Covid. We are passionate about education hence we have been assisting the youth to apply for learnership and bursaries. 

We recently partnered with Alison to offer free online qualification to women and youth. We would love to let the youth know about this wonderful opportunity that we are facilitating through Alison. There is space available for the first 100 applicants.

The organization is driven to alleviate poverty and violence and set forth programs of value in terms of business development leading to a sustainable livelihood.

Equip less fortunate communities with the aim of being self-sufficient in business and skills development to create prominent employment.

Encourage the community to be active in building the economy of South African by investing first in their local economy.
